      Good place to dance
This is a great spot to go dancing. Likely the best gay bar to dance at. I typically can only make it late Saturday nights but it's always crowded and pretty fun with no drama. There is not a lot of choices in SLC like I had in San Diego before I moved but this is my top spot to go dancing at and I def. recommend it!

Yes it is true , great modern atmosphere nice new surroundings , great to start the mood off ,,,, well the type of guys who visit this scene are very unfriendly , to themselves , and un welcoming can't even hold a convo, stuck up types which defeats the purpose of going out

      Super cute guys AND nice
Mormon guys are a weakness for me. I like guys who are not only guy-next-door cute, but polite and nice. This place was awesome. I have never been a twink, but the gaggle of twinks here were nice and welcoming sort. If only we could export cute well mannered Mormon lads EVERYWHERE, the world would be so much nicer.

      Trendy and Friendly
The decor is a nice modern SOHO style. I liked the staff. There weren't that many people but it was a thursday and karaoke night. The boys that were there were young and cute (20 somethings). It has sort of two small areas and one average size rooom. One room (the average size one) has a dance floor and a few tables, the other areas are the bar and a sitting area. There is an outside area but it was really cold so no one was out there.

      My favorite bar in SLC
Very stylized and sexy bar. Great music. It is a "guys" kinda bar. Sexy men, guys, dudes. The management is also very creative with their evening promotions. Karoke night, Commando night, Nametag night, cool, not cheesy events. I wish there were one in the Sugar House neighborhood.

      Perfect Spot!
We hit this place after skiing, and had a great time. The bar has a warm, clean, welcoming feel. The Staff is great and the locals were very welcoming...

All you could want nothing you don't.
I had not been out to a bar in Salt Lake City in over five years because of the lack of variety and fun. Well that all changed when a friend of mine and I went out to Jam to try it out. The staff were friendly and cute, and the music was really good. The crowd was mixed. Not the hottest guys around but everyone was friendly and it was easy to have fun and relax. I can't wait to go back.

Raising the bar for all cities
Jam belongs in every wanna-be cosmopolitan city in the U.S., so it was unusual to stumble upon it in SLC. The night we were there, the owners had a really hot vocal duo doing covers. At about the same time the college co-ed starting singing, guests started showing up with food for the very cool outdoor patio area which was already stocked with meats for the grill and fresh produce from that day's farmer's market ... it was all free. BUT DON'T WORRY, this wasn't Woodstock - the live show ended around 9:30 pm and a DJ took to the booth indoors that resembled a well-appointed, NYC sushi bar than a hole-in-the-wall bar in SLC's Marmalade District. As of this writing, JAM was closer to getting a liquor license that would allow them to serve something other than beer. Don't let the lack of libation deter you, though - this is the bar you've been looking for (and the bartender was f-in hot)!

      If Only!
I LOOOVE this place! It will be the best gay bar in town once they get their liquor license. Hope you like beer! (they have good beer...but water is overpriced). Great music!

      Serene and very calming
This place is awesome lighting and the set up here promotes a very peaceful serene feeling and doesn't get you all hot and bothered and ugly. I really like Jam and think its a great club to throw parties at to make friends jelous
