HOW IT WORKS
Up to ten food trucks will participate in this event. Prior to the event, each nonprofit organization will sell $10 tickets to the Face-Off. Each ticket will be worth one meal at the Face-Off. At the time of ticket purchase the customer will select the nonprofit they would like to support with their purchase. Tickets will also be sold at the event.
At the event from 6 - 9:30 pm you will "VOTE" by redeeming your ticket for a meal at the food truck of your choice. $2.50 of each ticket will be a donation to the customer’s nonprofit of choice; the remainder will be paid to the food truck where the ticket was redeemed.
Event attendees will also have the opportunity to enjoy the entertainment, beer garden and festival atmosphere of Granary Row.
At 9:30 pm the "VOTES" will be tallied and the nonprofit who has sold the most tickets will be declared the grand prize winner and receive a cash prize (provided by an external sponsor). The remaining nonprofits will be runners-up and will receive smaller cash prizes. The food truck who has received the most tickets will receive a trophy and bragging rights as the Food Truck Face-Off Champion.
