Are you worried about defending yourself if you happen to be involved in an altercation? No worries, Men Who Move will be participating in a self defense workshop. Stan, our instructor, is ex-military, a police officer and an expert at tactical defense. Be prepared to become prepared! Please note that this event is a public event and will include people who are not involved with Men Who Move.
